How Fast Can You Dispatch My Artificial Plants, Green Walls, Planters And Other Items

Typically we will dispatch same day or next day depending on when you order throughout the day. Delivery within Victoria, NSW and ACT is typically 1-3 day delivery. QLD, SA, TAS can vary from 2-4 days. WA, NT and remote areas will take longer and can range from 4-8 days. If you require express delivery please contact us prior to ordering.

You can apply our trademark UV protection spray and apply it to almost any artificial plant, artificial green wall, or fake tree.

Yes! We have expert designers and installers who can install Australia wide. We also work with couriers that provide national and overseas delivery services. We have a USA based warehouse as well (Australian Owned)

How Much Does Delivery Cost

Delivery costs vary based on items and your location. Exact costs are provided at checkout. Typically standard delivery ranges from $10-$20 for larger items. Please note though most delivery services actually cost Designer Plants well in excess of that so we cap such delivery fees to the low flat rate shown at checkout. If you have a code or promotion for free delivery (i.e. repeat client code) you must apply this prior to checking out in order for it to apply. Free delivery applies on orders over $150 (except remote areas).
