Can panels be cut or resized?
Many modular green wall and hedge panels can be trimmed or joined, but this is product-specific. Check the backing, dimensions and installation instructions on the relevant product page before cutting.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the size and freight costs involved, so please confirm quantities, sizes and colours before ordering — the team on 1800 617 341 can assist. In rare cases a product swap may be agreed at Designer Plants’ discretion, subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight deductions. See the Shipping & Returns page for conditions.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Designer Plants provides a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, covers the return freight, and applies no fees of any kind. Contact the team within 30 days with your order number and photographs, and do not sign for goods as being in good order if there is obvious damage.

Customisation options vary by product. Available options are outlined on the relevant product page, or the project team can assist with bespoke requirements.
