Each product page lists its fire safety rating where one applies — check the specifications before ordering. Absolutely. All panels can be cut with scissors to any size. Panels also clip together using the lugs and holes along each edge.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the size and freight costs involved, so please confirm quantities, sizes and colours before ordering — the team on 1800 617 341 can assist. In rare cases a product swap may be agreed at Designer Plants’ discretion, subject to a 25% restocking fee and freight deductions. See the Shipping & Returns page for conditions.
Designer Plants provides a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, covers the return freight, and applies no fees of any kind. Contact the team within 30 days with your order number and photographs, and do not sign for goods as being in good order if there is obvious damage.

Orders dispatch from the Designer Plants warehouse in Braeside VIC via Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll or Aramex, with door-to-door tracking. Delivery is free Australia-wide on orders of $300 or more, and $19.95 on orders under $300. An optional “Express Dispatch, Parcel Safe Insurance & Premium Carrier” upgrade is available on any order for a flat $39.95. Some external territories outside mainland Australia are excluded.
