How a Client Beautified Their Office With Artificial Plants

In a Nutshell

Before Our Collaboration

As is the case for most corporate offices, our recent client was struggling to make their space more inviting and welcoming. The mere mention of an office elicits visions of a sterile space that doesnโ€™t contribute much to productivity or warmth.

We recently worked with a corporate office that had a sleek, modern design and a great layout. It was functional and efficient, but something was missing. The space felt a bit too clinical, especially in one small corner that always seemed dull and lifeless.

The team had tried adding real plants to brighten things up and bring a bit of nature indoors.

At first, it worked really well. The plants added some warmth and softened the sharp edges of the office design.

But with the busy days and packed schedules, the upkeep quickly became a problem.

The staff missed watering days, so the plants revolted by leaving wilted leaves around and generally looked depressing. Some planters were even left empty because the plants had shriveled up to a point of no return.

Over time, the fresh, green vibe theyโ€™d hoped for started fading, replaced by tired, drooping plants and an appearance of outright neglect.

The Problem

Even with reminders and professional help here and there, the real plants just couldnโ€™t keep up with the officeโ€™s pace. The maintenance was too much, and the results were too inconsistent.

They wanted greenery that would stay looking great, without needing constant care. Something that would fit seamlessly into their busy workflow and still make the office feel welcoming and alive.

During the Process

Since this client had worked with us before, we knew their style and preferences well and had an established communication approach that worked for both sides. After hearing about their struggle with real plants and their desire to emulate the aesthetic with faux ones, we were ready to find a good solution.

We had a quick chat about their space and what kind of look they were going for. The goal was clear: find fake plants that look realistic, require zero maintenance, and would bring life back to that neglected corner.

We suggested two favourites from our collection:

  • Potted Artificial Long Yucca Grass
  • Artificial Monstera Split Leaf Philodendron

Both types of fauxliege are made with our proprietary UV-Tex technology, which means they wonโ€™t fade when exposed to sunlight for extended amounts of time. By doing so, the office can stay green and fresh no matter the season.

The Solution

We helped the team โ€œplantโ€ the artificial greenery into their existing planters in the corner, just like they would with real plants. The corner by the window immediately took on a new feel and turned into a bright, inviting spot.

The Yucca Grass brought some height and softness and balanced the look perfectly. Together, both plants brought back the fullness that had been missing from the space for months.

The office now felt warmer, fresher, and more put-together.

After the Process

The staff noticed the change right after the client was done with the project. The office wasnโ€™t just more attractive, it felt more energising. That little corner that once dragged the whole room down was now a highlight.

Their clients felt it too. Walking into the office gave them a better first impression, one not plagued by the existence of sad plants.

And because these plants require zero maintenance, the team could focus on their work without worrying about keeping their plants alive. Plus, they also saved future real plants from an almost certain death in the corner of the office, which is one of the best benefits that came out of this project.

Next Steps

This project is just one example of how artificial plants can redefine office interiors.

More and more businesses are choosing faux greenery for its realistic appearance, zero maintenance, and long-term value.
