The reason for this is that we’ll have plenty of time to confirm availability, sort the details with you, and make sure everything is ready for pickup well before your setup day. If you’re coming in with less lead time, reach out anyway; we’ll try to do what we can.

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Our showroom at 5-7 Kevlar Close, Braeside VIC is open Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday 9:30 am-1:30 pm. If you can’t make it to our showroom but would like to see your chosen fauxliege before you rent it, you may be able to order a

free sample

to check the density and realism of the product. Keep in mind that we only offer free samples for mini versions of some of our artificial green walls. If you want to check an artificial tree or a potted plant, you’ll need to come down to the showroom.

No, you don’t have to re-hire the same plants for multiple events back-to-back. If your events fall within a continuous hire window, you can keep them for the duration, store them between events, and bring them back at the end of your travel. Just make sure you tell us about your full events schedule so we can structure the hire period correctly.

Our standard pannnels are 1m x 1m, so they’re easy to map to booth sizes. A standard 3m x 3m back wall uses nine panels. A half-wall or partial backdrop can be done with fewer. Our

are available from 60cm to 150cm diameter and work great as accent pieces in smaller booths or island stands. When you come in and show us the booth, we’ll help you work out the right combination for your setup.
