Before Our Collaboration
While most of our projects take place across Australia, we were recently given the opportunity to work in sunny California, USA.
A property management team reached out with a challenge that many commercial spaces face: a highly visible entrance that didn’t match the rest of their property.
Right out front stood a tall, curved concrete wall with a black metal fence on top. It was doing its job structurally, guiding the visitors inside the property. But visually, it left much to be desired.
Visitors would pull into the parking lot and be greeted by this bare, grey wall that felt more industrial than professional. And even though the surrounding landscaping was clean and lined with palm trees, the wall threw off the whole vibe.
The team wanted to bring some green into the space to make the entrance feel friendlier and more polished. However, with everyone being so busy, there was simply no time for watering plants, trimming, or dealing with messy leaves every day, so real plants were quickly out of the picture.
So, they did what many of our clients do - they Googled. That’s how they found our online store and reached out to our team for a quote.
The Problem
The real issue with this wall at the property management building wasn’t just about appearance, but how it made people feel when they arrived and what it communicated to the world.
At the time, it didn’t reflect the professional care that the business put into the property and the projects they worked on.
Another issue they faced was the curved wall.
Traditional greenery options would’ve required heavy framing, structural changes, or just wouldn’t bend enough to work. Whatever solution they went with had to attach directly to the wall.
What they needed was:

The team was able to shape the Jasmine panels around the curve of the wall and fasten them in place with minimal effort.
Because the panels are UV-resistant and use our proprietary UV-Tex technology, they’ll stay green and won’t fade after being exposed to the sun.
After the Process
The difference was immediate.
That dull, grey wall was transformed. Now there’s a fresh, green backdrop that greets every visitor with a much warmer, more inviting vibe.
