Before Our Collaboration
A US financial planning firm aimed to end the year by redefining its workspace. The goal was clear: create an office that showed their values. They wanted it to reflect growth, trust, and dependability.
The leadership team saw that their space worked well, but it felt cold and uninviting. It didn’t inspire creativity or reflect the stability they offered their clients. Past attempts to use real plants failed due to limited sunlight and maintenance issues, so the team had to get creative.
They looked online for solutions and largely saw recommendations for natural plants, an avenue they’d already tried and decided against.
The Problem
After some detailed Googling and asking around, they decided to try an unconventional approach and use artificial plants for offices.

During the Process
The finance team’s wish list had rich foliage, colourful highlights, and a natural flow.
They wanted these aspects to soften the sharp lines of a corporate office and to inspire and energise. A workspace that has character and feels comfortable from the minute you walk in.
From day one, we handled this project as a professional fit-out. Our design team met with the client to understand their goals, style, and workspace requirements.
The professional installers assessed the lighting, wall space, and flow of the office and selected key areas for the installation of the faux green walls. We chose to adorn the main staircase, reception area, and client seating area.
Our designers shared visuals, layout plans, and mood boards to help the client imagine the final installation. The collaboration was smooth, creative, and built on mutual trust, which is exactly what our team looks for in projects.
The Solution
Our team planned every detail so that our client can relax and enjoy their new space upon completion. We created a layered design that balanced texture, colour, and natural movement.
