Refund policy

For the Designer Plants AU returns policy:
If you change your mind, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We’re happy to review requests for a return for store credit, with approval provided in writing before any items are sent back.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Approved returns receive store credit for the returned items, less all applicable freight costs and a 25% restocking fee, with a minimum restocking fee of $100. Freight costs include the original delivery and return freight, including delivery originally provided free or at a subsidised rate. Freight paid directly by you will not be deducted again.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning anything, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty goods. No exchanges, credits or refunds for items sold as custom made (unless required under Australian Consumer Law).
